VINYASA YOGA
This style of yoga strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. It is commonly referred to as ‘flow’ yoga. The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga helps to deliver a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing everyday.
zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness. The music comes from a variety of dance styles, including cumbia, salsa, mambo, and a handful of others.
