Jenel is also a certified coach, teaches yoga and loves bootcamps!

Coach Kristin teaches kickboxing and hiit classes and bootcamps

Same group of people for the entire session

Get ready to do Bootcamp style workouts as well with body weight movements, slam balls, battle ropes, and much more!

You will definitely have fun and make some new friends.

Each class begins with a fun warm up, and ends with a cool down and stretch to improve mobility and aid recovery.

You will have an opportunity to experience what it feels like to be a part of the Not A Gym community!
